Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items (tamper seal intact) within 7 days of delivery for a store credit minus payment gateway fees and initial "free shipping" costs. There will be no fees and we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of you receiving the incorrect item that you ordered. We will ship the correct item at no cost or provide a  full refund. You should expect to receive your store credit/refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit/refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank or Stripe to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days). If you need to return an item, just give us a call / message or send an email. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping 
When you place an order (free std shipping included for all orders within New Zealand), we will have the unit shipped from our Auckland Warehouse by NZ Post-Non Signature Service by the next business day(same business day shipping for orders placed before 10am). Signature on delivery option is available on checkout at additional cost.You can also pick the item up from our Auckland warehouse. Standard freight time is 1- 2 business days for North Island metro areas, and 2-4 days for North Island Rural areas. Standard freight time for South Island metro deliveries is 2-4 buiness days,and 3-6 business days for South Island Rural areas. Express Overnight shipping is available to the South Island for an additional cost on checkout. All freight times are subject to NZ Post conditions of carriage. For North island same day deliveries please contact us by phone and we can arrange a quote for you. Refund & Site Credit Return Policy  
To be eligible for Return of an incorrectly ordered product for site credit consumers must meet the listed requirements below. Consumers must notify SkippersMate.co.nz within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Order Number for proof of purchase must be provided
  • The unopened (tamper seal unbroken) item must be returned in its original state
  • The product must be in a brand new re-sale-able condition
  • Payment gateway, Shipping and "Free Shipping" calculated charges are not included in the site credit provided.
SkippersMate.co.nz does not accept claims for site credit on return of opened goods (tamper seal broken). Please select your goods carefully or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing. SkippersMate.co.nz does not refund consumers for incorrectly ordered products or who simply change their mind about a product. (this includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has brought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods).
