Customer Service As a sole trader – plus some help from my wife Di and warehouse support staff - the buck stops with one person – Me! Peter J Hackett (Not related to A J Hackett!). If you have a problem or question or just want to say thanks, please give me a call or email and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
After your item has been purchased, you will receive an email instruction on how to process the payment. The checkout cart compiles all your information and notifies us of your payment. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase.
The following forms of payment in $NZ are accepted:
Bank Deposit - NZ Westpac Account
Visa / Mastercard
PayPal (Credit Card via PayPal)
Item(s) will be shipped within 2 working days (expect Public Holiday and Weekend) after receipt of a verified payment.
Sorry, but no local pickups are available.
It normally takes around 4-6 working days (not including public holidays and weekends) for parcels to arrive.
All parcels are sent with a "track and signature service" - tracking number supplied.
Please contact us after 10 working days if you have not received your item(s).
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for our products if they simply do not suit your purpose or you change your mind. If you wish to return the item, please contact us immediately. After we have confirmed acceptance of return in writing, the item must be sent back as a resalable product with all the original retail packaging - (no tears, marks, scuffs etc) plus all manuals, accessories, batteries and other components "in the box" to us within 21 days from the date of our confirmation accepting return of the goods.
All returned items must be marked with invoice / receipt number, buyer email address, item number and reasons for return to enable us to process. This may take up to 5 working days after receipt.
The Buyer is responsible for the return postage fee unless agreed to by prior arrangements.
It is rare for any of our products to be defective but if there is a problem with an item please contact us immediately so that we can discuss its return and offer a prompt replacement.
