Customer Service as a small family business is our number 1 priority. If you have a problem or question or just want to say thanks, please give us a call or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment
The checkout cart compiles all your information and notifies us of your payment. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase. The following forms of payment in $NZ are accepted:
Bank Deposit - NZ ANZ Account
Credit card via Stripe
Shipping
Stock item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day (expect Public Holiday and Weekend) after receipt of a verified payment. Any backordered items will be shipped within 1 business day of receipt of stock into the warehouse. You will be notified on checkout if item is backordered. Auckland warehouse pickups are available. It normally takes 1-6 working days (not including public holidays and weekends) for parcels to arrive, depending on your location. All orders are free shipping within NZ and parcels are sent via NZ Post non Signature service - tracking number is supplied for all shipments. Signature on delivery and express services are available on checkout at additional cost. Please contact us after 8 working days if you have not received your item(s).
Change of Mind Returns Policy
We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee if the product does not suit your purpose or you simply change your mind. Items must be unopened (tamper seal intact) and in as shipped condition with all retail packaging intact (no tears,marks or scuffs etc). If you wish to return the item, please contact us immediately via email with your order number. After we have confirmed acceptance of return in writing, the item must be sent back to us (address will be provided in acceptance email) within 21 days from the date of our confirmation email. All returned items must include a copy of the return authorisation email.  A store credit will be issued for the value of the purchase minus any payment gateway fees and the cost of the initial "free" postage within 3 working days of the warehouse advising us of receipt of the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for the return postage fees unless agreed by prior arrangement in writing. Full returns policy is available under the Shipping and Returns tab on the website.
Defective Products
It is rare for any of our products to be defective but if there is a problem with an item please contact us immediately so that we can discuss its return and offer a prompt replacement or refund.
